Alberta's forage industry is a thriving and wide-spread one, representing over 30,000 producers and countless other industries and organizations who rely on forage in this province.  Up until this point, those involved in the forage industry have not been able to voice their issues and concerns as a single cohesive group.

The Alberta Forage Industry Network (AFIN) formally elected its first Board of Directors on February 27, 2009.  AFIN's new website can be found at www.albertaforages.ca and will contain updated information, opportunities for membership and detailed progress on the new network.
